We warrant the workmanship of our installation work for the period stated on your written quote. The coating materials themselves carry the manufacturer’s warranty for the specific product line installed — legitimate residential systems typically carry 10 to 15 years of manufacturer coverage. Both the workmanship warranty and the applicable manufacturer warranty are spelled out on your written quote before you sign.

Damage from improper use, structural movement of the substrate, vehicle fluids left unaddressed beyond reasonable cleanup windows, or modifications made by anyone other than us are not covered.

5. Licensing and Insurance

We hold the appropriate Tennessee license for the size of project we install — a Tennessee Home Improvement License for projects from $3,000 to $25,000, and a full Tennessee contractor license for projects above $25,000 — and carry general liability insurance. We’re happy to provide license and insurance information on request, and you can verify our license at any time on the Tennessee state verification portal.

6. Limitation of Liability
